Dolomiti Superbike chooses YAK Agency for the communication of the legendary race

YAK Agency signs the communication of the most spectacular mountain bike race in the Dolomites, an event that involves 5,000 participants and over 10,000 people including spectators, supporters and volunteers.

 

Visual content production, sponsorship activation and social media strategy in 3 languages (Italian, English and German) are the activities that Südtirol Dolomiti Superbike has commissioned to YAK Agency on the occasion of the 24th edition of one of the most impressive mountain bike races in Europe. 

 

Kick-off on Saturday the 7th of July in Villabassa, in the heart of the Dolomites, for the race that has involved over 5,000 athletes a year since 1995, including both MTB professionals and amateur cyclists from all over Europe. 49 categories and 2 courses: 60 km for the shorter course and 119 km for the long one.

 

The athletes will ride through a breathtaking path along the Puster Valley, near the Three Peaks of Lavaredo, A path that is considered as one of the most suggestive ones in the world and which can attract international MTB champions, willing to test their abilities in this prominent race. The sponsors of this race include, among the others, Fizik, Sportful, Canyon, Sorgenia, Enervit, Continental, Crankbrothers, Kask, Rio Mare and Banca Mediolanum. 

 

YAK Agency will take care of the social communication of the event in the months before the race and have a double role. As for marketing and communication, the agency will work on brand awareness, event sponsorship endorsement and coordination of territory promotion associations. As for event management, YAK Agency will create and manage communication channels to give the athletes all the technical and organization information (hospitality, merchandising, schedule) and present the competing top riders. 

 

Moreover, during the race YAK Agency team will provide live reports of the race and of the scheduled side events (like the Junior Trophy, the mountain bike race conceived for young athletes aged 3-16). Journalists, photographers and video makers  of the agency will collect stories and declarations of the protagonists, providing exclusive contents.
