YAK Agency’s managing partner Marco Dalla Dea participated in the 15th ISSF Championship Organizers Workshop held in Munich, Germany, on the 17 and 18 of October 2017.
The Workshop is organized by the International Shooting Sport Federation - the world’s governing body of the rifle, pistol and shotgun Olympic disciplines - and gives a chance to world cups, world championship and continental championships to meet in preparation of the upcoming sport season.
Representatives of 41 ISSF Championship Organizing Committees met there 36 ISSF Officials and 13 representatives of cooperating organizations, in a two-days workshop where knowledge and expertise in various organizational areas were shared among the participants.
During the workshop, delegates received several presentations in the fields of sustainability and environmental initiatives; scheduling; victory ceremonies organization; jury policies, duties and responsibility; ISSF TV and communications programs; venue planning; equipment control; qualification procedures; anti-doping activities.
Marco Dalla Dea presented the ISSF Communications program. YAK Agency is indeed serving International Shooting Sport Federation for its communications activities in the fields of press office, media operations, content production and social media management.
During the meeting, we presented the 2017 communications outputs and outcomes, along with the 2018 plan and the guidelines for media operations at forthcoming championships.
The ISSF Workshop, inaugurated in 2003, saw our presence since 2007.
