800 YEARS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF PADUA

The Project

On the occasion of the 800th anniversary celebrations, the University of Padua organised the first edition of the 'Donor Event' dedicated to its supporters, with the aim of thanking individuals, companies, institutions, foundations, associations and professional associations that have supported the institutional projects promoted by the University from 2019 to 2022. The event was held on Thursday 30 June 2022 at the Auditorium of the Botanical Garden of Padua in the presence of 100 major donors and was introduced by the Rector Prof. Daniela Mapelli.

YAK Agency worked alongside the Fundraising Office of the University of Padua to design the creativity of the event. In order to enhance the value of the supporters, the team proposed the creation of a "donor wall", a wall printed with the list of all the names of the donors present, arranged to form the number 800 number evocative of the University's anniversary. The donor wall was unveiled during the ceremony, and, in the following months, it was exhibited in Palazzo Bo, the historical seat of the University of Padua since 1493.

The agency was responsible for the design of all the useful materials for the identification and promotion of the event and created the various digital and paper supports in line with the visual: invitation, programme, badge, map, roll-up, posters.
