From March 20 to 23, 2024, the city of Padua hosted the first edition of the World Health Forum Veneto, a four-day event featuring meetings and activities open to the public (citizens, professionals, patients, and experts). The event was promoted by the Veneto Region, the City of Padua, the University of Padua, the Padua Chamber of Commerce, the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Padova e Rovigo, Motore Sanità, VIMM, Venicepromex, and Veneto Innovazione. It aimed to explore the future of healthcare, from industry to AI, from space to research, and to delve into the future evolution of medical sciences and technologies that can improve life.

Website Development

YAK Agency designed the official website of the event, worldhealthforum.it, which provides detailed information about the initiative, collects registrations for panels, disseminates the program, and highlights the achievements of Veneto's healthcare system. The portal's design, modern and straightforward, was created based on the official event visuals and features cool blue tones, ideal for conveying scientific and technological information and reflecting values of innovation, universality, and competence. The website's structure, user interface, and site map were developed to facilitate user navigation, especially on mobile devices, and the content (news, program, and press releases) was translated into two languages, Italian and English, to reach the brand's international audience. The agency's team also directly configured and managed the registration panel for the four days and provided technical assistance to participants.

Social Media Management

YAK Agency developed a dedicated communication strategy for the event's four social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, X, and Threads. To provide information about the program, announce speakers and guests, promote the city of Padua and the Veneto Region, and share healthcare data, an editorial plan was created for the management of each channel, including the creation of graphic content, photographs, video animations, and reels. In addition to continuous community management, the agency coordinated the involvement of several influencers (Veneto Creators), providing them with the necessary materials to promote the initiative on their own channels.

Digital Advertising

To drive traffic to the website, encourage registrations, and disseminate key information about the event, a social content promotion strategy was devised. This strategy significantly increased user engagement and public participation on each day of the event.
